Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga uses breath to seamlessly transitions from one pose to the next, allowing you to flow through your practice.
In each class a flow is queued, welcoming students to follow along or adapting the poses to their experience level. This allowing students of all levels to come together and practice.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for many years, you are welcomed in our classes!


Restorative
Restorative yoga is a practice of deep relaxation, uniting the body and mind, it emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga.
Suitable for all levels, during this practice you will hold comfortable postures using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters for an extended period allowing you to focus on your breath and release tension in your body. Helping you relieve the physical and mental effects of everyday stress.
